Pete Lewis
to set the rear manual adjusters to operate correctly you need to disconnect the cable at the wheel cylinder clevis, then lock up the adjuster hard to centralise the shoes and fully retract the wheel cylinderget a jack and lift the hubs to road ride height or close to it. (if the axles hang the cable will tighten as you drop it to deck leve land partially open the shoes)now connect the cable to just take the clevis without tension, then back of the ajuster to free the drum.grease up all the cable slides and make sure the centre relay lever is positioned and angled as per the manual Pete
Slowdown
Only problem,Pete, is that he's got those crappy self-adjusting rear brakes, so no manual adjuster to play with.
