thealligator
I am in the process of replacing the diffI have disconnected the rear shocker from the vertical link.I find that the shocker has no resistance when pushed in, it does when pulled out.Is this correct or is the shocker b-----d. There are no leaks or anythinkg like that and they have done less than 5000 miles
phil866
As I recall cheaper shockers will only have a one way valve in them. More expensive have 2 way. That memory is based on a lecture from a Monroe rep about 25 yrs ago so it could be a tad out of date..... The basic shockers seem to be made by a firm called Armstrong. I fitted Koni's to mine and I would recommend them.
