Straight Six Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 I'm sure I read somewhere that having a thicker anti roll bar from a late GT6 fitted to a Vitesse will increase the tendency for the car to under steer. Nick Jones Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 Oh yes - tested that one :) You can correct this with a rear ARB if you want, but as they don't really roll all that much it's simpler just to go back to the standard one at the front. As Richard says, thicker ARB is for swing spring cars.Vitesses do have some understeer tendencies anyway - it's that boat-anchor up front..... Pete Lewis Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 mine runs a 1" ARB left on from fitting a swinger kit but thats gone and replaced with a Courier rear and 1" lowering block,, the tail is still a tad high but roundabouts at speed are pretty neutral not taken to the hedgerows yet Pete Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
