Quick rack (original rack with 7 tooth pinion) now fitted with solid mounts.  Much pointier.  Steers like a car rather than a boat now and great on sweeping B roads  :). Quite a big weight penalty though.  Looks like roller top mounts......  :-/.  Monarchs price is over budget......

Yes but a lot flatter/thinner and without the step.  On the 7, it did not affect damper rod location as it simply replaced a solid spacer/thrust washer of a similar size
