Ron
Hi, I've managed to get the rear hubs off my Vitesse project and am now left with the half shaft and the trunnion housing. Can anyone please tell me what is the best/easiest way to get the bearings out of the trunnion housing please? There doesn't appear to be a way to get at them from the outside so I'm guessing that they will have to be drifted out from underneath the bearing (presently within the trunnion housing). Moving the trunnion housing to get at them has me stumped.

Ron
Sorry, it's a Mk1 with a swing axle, non-rotoflex.
Pete Lewis
if you have a churchill type hub puller there is a adaptor available to convert this to press out the shaftother than that its heavy vice and whack it out with a Birmingham screwdriver if you drift the shaft out use asocket or a stout tube to fit over the thread ,you dont want to bludgeon that to death, keep a nut on to protect it Pete
