daver clasper
Hi folksHas anyone used the blue polybush kits, Canley are selling for £125.00.Wondering what there like for fitting and longevity.Cheers, Dave
Mark Hammond
Dave Pearson rarely gets it wrong, he has a presence on this forum and a loyal customer base, I'd doubt that they'd be bad.M.
davidb5964
Can't say about the poly bushes but everything I have had from there so far has been great, and getting MV running and stopping I have used them a lot.
ferny
Had them on mine since at least 2007. The outer surface cracks sooner than expected, but the inner is fine. Mine are now ovalled inside and have been due replacing for a while now, but still fine for the MOT. Keep in mind I (used to) do a lot of miles in the car. I've no problem with replacing them with the same.
Jonny-Jimbo
I'd either go for Canleys ones or Chris Witors's Superflex. From memory the Canley ones are one piece that you have to squooze through and the Superflex ones are two piece top-hat. Both equally acceptable designs.Avoid the cheap ebay tat ones - they won't last.
heraldcoupe
Quoted from Jonny-Jimbo Avoid the cheap ebay tat ones - they won't last. Absolutely right. I need to get a set for my RBRR car, I've not decided which of the two acceptable options to run with yet. The reports I've read on the cheap ones match the exact failure modes I'd expect of corners being cut in the curing process, rapid deformation and degradation of the polyurethane material,Cheers,Bill.
