stillnotfinnished
Hi all can anyone tell me if a single rail spitfire non overdrive box can be made into an overdrive box by changing the mainshaft for an overdrive one? Thanks
Richard B
Yes, but...You need loads of parts like O/D adapter plate, OD gearstick , inhibitor switch...If you have a good non-OD box and a tired O/D box you can make one out of two. stillnotfinnished
.....I'm worried now, I sence a touch of sarcasm!! :PThe overdrive mainshaft is in a box with play in it, so I want to swop it into a 'known good' box.How does the shaft come out?
