aar0sc
When I rebuilt that bit of my car the trunnion wouldn't come off the upright. We teased it with fire, long bars, clamps, everything, but it just wouldn't unscrew! God knows how I steered with it! I got a second hand upright of a local member and fitted a new trunnion to that :)

Clive
Caliper off, remove the front hub/disc. Then you can take it off and replace.Do not forget, NO GREASE just gear oil. And worth poking out the oilway up the upright too, often got grease in them.
