Tom2000
I've got to replace one of the trunnions after disassembling the front suspension and making a mess of getting a badly seized bolt out, should I replace both either side or just leave the other one as its fine? Richard B
Hows the hole in the lower wishbone on the side you have taken apart?
Steve Cureton
Do you mena the trunnion or the trunnion bush? If it's the bush then just replace them as they're only cheap and it isn't worth taking chances as worn bushes can cause expensive damage. Likewise for the trunnion I suppose, not worth gambling if you don't want collapsed suspension.

I've had a trunnion collapse on me before about 2 years ago, both sides were replaced by Anglian Triumph. The only issue is that the rubbers on either side and the thin metal plates have come off.
