Dannyb
I've just remembered, I've not received my new V5 after sending it off 4 months ago for engine number change. What is the normal waiting time. Danny
Slimboyfat
It took them nearly 2 months to return one of mine recently after a taxation change.
Batch
Mine went off at the end of May for change to the engine number and have yet to receive get it back. After a phone call last week I was told it was in the queue, somewhat reassuring that it was in the sytem and not lost in post. Danny - Give them a ring, once you get past the various options they answered the phone quickly and only need registration number. Dannyb
Got a reply from DVLA. There is no record of the request, so looks like my v5 gone missing in the post. Unfortunately I did not record delivery. ☹️ Danny
Dannyb
Had to order a replacement v5 £25. Then I have to send it off for the engine number change. (Recorded this time). Danny

Dave When that happens, both eventually arriving, they usually return your £25. It happened to me last year and I was reimbursed.
