Hello all Entrants,
 
We are now just 6 days from the start of this year's Coast 2 Coast Run.  I hope your preparations have gone well and that you are ready.  
 
Attached to this mail are the Final Instructions for the event.  Please print these off along with the Road Book and the Briefing that you will receive later this week.
