Greg S
Anyone have a source for the little delrin washer on the needle in a cd150 carb? I believe some rebuild kits include them, but I was just looking for the washer. As I understand, a missing washer can cause some issues with mixture adjustments. Steve AKA vitessesteve
O ring seals are available from carb specialists and triumph parts specialists. Alternately measure the size and search eBay or Amazon for Nitrile o rings.
Greg S
Thanks Steve, but it's not the o-rings I need - it's the little delrin washer. Hopefully the pic will attach OK.

Greg S
Thanks Pete. I e-mailed Burlen and got the following reply - just in case anyone else was curious. Now to figure out how to get the little bugger to the States without a fortune in shipping! The washer, B22947 costs 80p plus VAT.

Greg S
Kind of my thoughts,Pete. What is the cost of a letter to the States? Although I actually do think taping a couple of those little buggers to a post card would work - if the people in the post office don't take offense. Jonny-Jimbo
If you need them sending over in such a way, I'm sure someone on here will be happy to oblige - If you can get them sent to me, and pay the postage over to you I'm quite happy to do it. Can even get you a good 'Coventry' based postcard!
