Marc F
I am looking for some spares, and wonder if anyone has any experience of buying HS2 parts from anyone other than Burlen. For example, I am looking at getting new shafts, and from a Mini supplier (first hot on google for me) they are significantly less than from Burlen. So as these are critical parts (the carbs, not just the spindles), does anyone have any good news/horror stories of where I should source my parts from. Thanks
Clive
Burlen sell "genuine" SU stuff, and I would guess many mini places do to. We have a proper mini and I am amazed at how reasonable many of the spares are, and although some is the usual tat, there are plenty of decent bits to be had. I would give the supplier a call and ask them what manufacturer it is....
nang
You could try Gower and Lee. The only problem I have with Burlen in my part of the world is their freight charges.Tony.
WIMPUS
Did you look at the James Paddock website? The parts are genuine SU (Burlen) to 🙂
