boxcorsair
Hi allI am looking to replace the brake lines on my mk1 GT6. I was originally going for the Kunifer line kit from Canleys. However I spotted this kit on eBay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Copper-Brake-Pipe-Kit-Spitfire-Herald-GT6-and-Vitesse_W0QQitemZ130357735754QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item1e59ed314a#ht_500wt_1064Would this be as good? The Canleys kit is more expensive at £43.CheersCraig
Kae
Kunifer is much, much better, and that kit looks like its only copper.... Kunifer doesn't corrode, is soft enough to form a good seal and looks ok. Copper corrodes and Stainless steel is too hard to form a decent seal. Brake lines are worth spending the money on, perhaps only fit one seat if you want to save some pennies?
