TR7th Heaven Posted May 11, 2019 Share Posted May 11, 2019 It's time for new rubber on my '72 MKIV Spit running on factory 4.5J steel wheels. I see two choices: 155/80/13 or 175/70/13 I want to retain the accuracy of the speedo so are the 155s better? The 175s would be wider so would I get more grip or are they just a little too wide? It's currently got 145/13s on it but they're hard to find at a reasonable price. What are people running and what would you suggest? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
