Doug Paterson
If they are standard length they are easy to change with the brake shoes removed. Tap them inwards with a mallet to remove.Pop new ones in and use a spare wheel nut and several washers to pull through.
ferny
Loose as in they wobble? If so, the splines have probably gone so whack the new ones in with some loctite.

Velocita Rosso
You dont have to remove shoes (only drums to retrieve the lost)When ready to re insert just turn the hub/flange to the position whereby you can push the studs throughAs Peter says just use some loctite or tiger seal, however if the serations have totally gone in the flange then it means a new flange, as the stud will turn as you tighten the wheel nuts
