Not been made for a good few years. One may turn up on ebay or an autojumble, or a trader may have an odd one. Watch out that it is the same though, there are a few varieties of slot alloys out there. More important is that it has the correct stud/hole spacing (I bought a car with a matching alloy wheel in the boot. xcept it happened to be a ford stud pattern, so totally useless...)
However, most people just use a steel wheel as the spare (many use the original size tyre too, on the basis it is a get-you-home measure, sort of spacesaver (and moneysaver)
