nicmk1est
seller does say he was gonna fit to his mk2 2000 but changed his mind and gone stag,,,and there 5j not 5.5j
Davemate
I thought standard wheels are a lot thinner than 5j and I don't hear anyone asking/ looking for 5jx13" "smoothy" wheels for the saloons, for the heralds I hear everyone begging for set. Just wondered if the seller may have been mistaken, if he is then they are a bargin for someone with a herald spit 😉
nicmk1est
looking at the rims, think seller got the wrong rims for his t2000,,,pcd looks alittle closer to centre hole, where 4.5j standards?
TedTaylor
These are standard Mk2 wheels (Nic Mk1 were 4 i/2). I think there are plenty around and can be refurbed for LOT less than this .......... I may very well have some for you Dave. Get them blasted, phosphoric acid in the joint to kill off any residual rust, mist coat of etch primer, then lots of coats of 'wheel silver' spray.Powder coating can sometimes be a problem because it may chip when tyres are fitted.MUT
