Deleted User Posted July 1, 2010 Share Posted July 1, 2010 175/70-13's work well on the Vit but they are getting a bit hard to source in the premium brands although Avons are still available and an excellent tyre. If Revolution would make a 14" rim I'd switch to 185/60 x14's, a perfect fit and a common size and available in many premium brands. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Deleted User Posted July 4, 2010 Share Posted July 4, 2010 I'm running 175/70x13 on Dunlop 5.5J wheels. Tyres are Continental ComfortContacts. This combination maintains factory rolling radius but provides more rubber-to-road contact than the 155/80 tyres do. Also better handling.175/70 are really a bit wide to work well on factory 4.5" wheels in my opinion. Have you considered locating some GT6 5.5" wheels?
