rear trunion or bushes on rotoflex gt6

hi all,

My first rebuild of the rear end of my gt6, for the lower wishbone are the trunion kits better or should i go with superflex ? which are easier to fit ? and pros and cons please guys.

you can only put  the solid nylon and steel bushes on the outer link,
the inner whishbone can be superflex

go to any thing else soft out board, and you got some serious handling probs ,that are going to pop up,.
